That is such a great idea to make kids eat lunch & vegetables. I would not use food colourings, especially with hyperactive or depressed children, but I am sure it is possible to make them of natural ingredients. Absolutely great inspiration!
(Food colourings are proven to change the state of neurotransmitters in the brain…!)
