		<description>The effect of food on sleep is often overlooked. Common advise for those who want to lose weight is to not eat for several hours before going to bed. That just doesn&#039;t work for me. I usually have cereal with milk. If I don&#039;t have something I toss and turn until I finally get back out of bed an hour later! Besides, being overweight has correlations to sleep deprivation. I&#039;d rather have a healthy light snack before bed and get a good night&#039;s rest.</description>
