Oils that are low in carbs include omega 3 fatty acids, flaxseed and walnut oils. There are other foods which are extremely low in carbs that you should consider putting into your recipes for your low carb diet and low carb lifestyle.

Green tea is extremely good for you and not only is low in carbs but also has detoxifying properties that are known to flush out bad ‘junk’ in your system but especially flush your system of carbs.

Starting and maintaining a low carb diet and low carb lifestyle can be difficult at first because there are so many foods with carbs in them that we crave and there are so many foods and meals that include large amounts of carbs that we aren’t even aware contain mass amounts of carbs.
