A Complete Spring Dish With All Its Delight

In case you like the taste of the Thai green curry, try to prepare the Prawn massaman curry. It is easy to prepare and has a light delightful taste.

The ingredients you need are: 2 tbsp massaman curry paste, 1 x 400g tin coconut milk, 150g small new potatoes, 1 cinnamon stick , 2 cardamom pods, 200g raw king prawns,1 tsp brown sugar , 2 limes, 1 tbsp fish sauce, 1 tbsp peanuts, sliced red chili and shredded basil.

Prawn massaman curryFirst cook the massaman paste with the coconut milk in a large pan, simmer them for a minute and add potatoes, cardamom, and cinnamon.
Cook them for 20 minutes, until the potatoes are soft.

Simmer and combine with prawns, lime, sugar and fish sauce. Cook for 5 minutes until the prawns are pink and ready.

You can serve it with curry and sprinkle with peanuts, basil and chili for a more exotic taste.
