Do you want to prepare tasty and light barbecued chicken burritos? It takes only 15 minutes, it is healthy and it is easy to make.
The ingredients you need are: 1 2-pound roasted and shredded chicken, 1/2 cup prepared barbecue sauce, 1 cup canned black rinsed beans, 1/2 cup frozen corn, 1/4 cup reduced-fat sour cream, 4 leaves romaine lettuce, 4 10-inch whole-wheat tortillas and 2 limes.
The first step is to place a large skillet over medium-heat. Add the chicken, but remove the skin. Combine with sour cream, corn, barbecue sauce and beans. Stir them and cook for 5 minutes.
Set aside and meanwhile assemble the wraps. Place a lettuce leaf at the center of each tortilla, top with the chicken mixture, but do not place too much inside it. Roll and try to achieve the shape of the typical burrito.
Slice in half diagonally and serve warm and combine with lime wedges.
