pizzaThe ingredients you need for preparing a healthy pizza dish are 1 pound prepared whole-wheat pizza dough, 1 cup canned unseasoned pumpkin puree, 1/2 cup no-salt-added tomato sauce, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder,1 cup shredded part-skimmed mozzarella cheese,1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese and 2 ounces sliced turkey pepperoni.

Preparing a pizza has always been easy and fast. First thing you need to do is to heat the oven to 450°F. Then roll out the wheat dough and make sure its size fits the baking layer. Add it to the baking sheet and start to bake. The baking process must be not more than 10 minutes, until the dough is crisp.

Meanwhile, combine pumpkin puree, tomato sauce and garlic powder in a bowl. Then place the sauce on the crust and add mozzarella, pepperoni and Parmesan for the topping. Put it again in the oven and bake it for 12 minutes, until you see that the cheese on top is melted. Serve with your favorite vegetables.
