In case you are keen on healthy dishes, take a look at this recipe that will bring the spring on your table. Broccoli Rabe with sun-dried tomatoes is a recipe that is easy to prepare and tastes great.
The ingredients you need are: 1 bunch broccoli rabe, 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil, 1/2 cup slivered oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes, 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar or sherry vinegar, 1/8 teaspoon salt and pinch of freshly ground pepper.

The preparation is easy and fast. The first step is to cook the broccoli rabe in a large pot of boiling water for not more than 2 minutes. Drain them and set aside. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the broccoli rabe as you need to stir them tender for nearly 4 minutes.
Remove them and combine with sun-dried tomatoes, vinegar, pepper and salt. You can serve them when cool and combine them with pasta or rice.
