Make Your Own Maple Syrup

When you want to satisfy your sweet tooth, don’t forget to consider maple syrup. It is a sweetener made from the sap of some maple trees. Quebec and Canada produces most of the world’s supply of maple syrup.
Maple syrup is most often eaten with pancakes, waffles, crumpets, oatmeal, and French toast. It is used sometimes in making of candy, as an ingredient in baking, preparing desserts, or as a sugar source and flavoring agent in making beer.
If you have sugar maple or black maple tree in your yard, you can make your own maple syrup. Here is an info graphic showing you the directions for making maple syrup.
