Preparing a chili-garlic stir fry is easy and it is perhaps one of the fast ways, in case you want a good meal for dinner.

The ingredients for 6 servings are: 2 teaspoons sesame oil, 12 ounces boneless, skinless chicken breast, 4 large stalks bok choy, 8 ounces snow peas, 3 medium carrots, 1 yellow pepper, 1 orange pepper, 3 medium green onions.

The ingredients for the sauce are: 3/4 cup low sodium chicken broth, 2 tablespoons cooking sherry, 2 teaspoons cornstarch, 2 tablespoons Sriracha, 6 cloves garlic and 1 teaspoon sesame oil.

Heat the sesame oil in a large skillet as you combine the chicken and sauté together. Cook until brown and set aside. Use the same pan and add 1 teaspoon of sesame oil. Heat it and then add the bok choy stalks, snow peas, carrots and sauté everything.

Cook them together for no more than 10 minutes and remove from the heat. In a bowl put together the broth, the cornstarch, the sherry and the Sriracha.

Combine them well and set aside. Heat the last teaspoon sesame oil and combine with garlic. Add the sauce and stir a bit. Then add the chicken, the green onion, the veggies and stir, until they are coated. You can serve warm and garnish it with brown rice.
