The Garlic-Roasted potatoes are another recipe, which Julia Child has made popular, but this time we are going to suggest you a different version of this tasty and delicious meal.

The ingredients you need are: 2 pounds mixed fingerling potatoes, 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, white wine, 2tsp kosher salt, ½ tsp black pepper, 1 tbsp thyme leaves and 2 tsp minced garlic.

The ingredients for the buttermilk dressing are: ½ cup buttermilk, ¼ cup yogurt, 1tbsp lemon juice, 1 tbsp lemon zest, 1tbsp honey, 1tbsp chives, 1tbsp minced dill, 1 tbsp mint, ½ tsp black pepper.

The fists step is to prepare the potatoes. Add in a large bowl potatoes as you cut them the way you want, white wine, olive oil, pepper, salt and thyme leaves. Toss them and arrange them in a single layer. Cover with aluminum foil and cook them in the oven for no more than 15 minutes.

Remove the foil and leave them for another 30 minutes in the oven, until golden brown. After that, remove the potatoes from the oven and stir minced garlic. Place them back and cook for 5-10 minutes.

Meanwhile you can prepare the buttermilk dressing as you combine all the ingredients for it in a bowl. Whisk them well until they are combined. When the potatoes are ready, simply spoon the dressing over them.
