There are fast recipes that any vegetarian will love for sure. Snap peas are one of the healthiest vegetables and it is so easy to prepare. Here is one of the recipes for sautéed snap peas with pancetta and chervil.
The ingredients you need are blanched snap peas, 3 ounces chopped pancetta, chopped chervil and 2 teaspoons white vinegar.
Heat a large skillet on medium heat and add 3 ounces chopped pancetta. Cook and stir, but make sure the process lasts for 12 minutes. Prepare 1 pound of trimmed snap peas, add them to pan and combine with the pancetta.
Cook together and toss until the snap peas are tender and the pancetta is brown. This will take nearly 8 minutes. Season them with salt and pepper, stir the white-wine vinegar and 2 tablespoons chopped chervil.
Cook together for no longer than 4 minutes and remove from the heat. You can serve it with lemon and walnut vinaigrette.
