Here is a special recipe for the traditional and very tasty German Vanilla Pudding with sugared gariguette strawberries. The ingredients you need are: 100g caster sugar, 90g corn flour, 1tsp vanilla paste, 1 liter whole milk, 250g Gariguette strawberries, 6tbsps sugar.

The first step is to place the milk into a deep pan and to boil it on high heat. Mix nearly 12 tablespoons of milk and sugar, vanilla and corn flour, until smooth. Combine the boiled milk with the vanilla mixture and place the pan on the heat.

Leave at medium heat and keep stirring and whisking, until the texture is completely combined. Remove from the pan, cool it and leave it in the refrigerator for 4 hours.

Meanwhile cut the strawberries, place them in a bowl and add sugar on the top. Mix them and cover, until the pudding is ready.

Place the pudding in a plate and add the strawberries, including the juice from them. Sprinkle with sugar and chocolate.
