Ingredients: 4 lemon quarters (cut in the middle down but not through rind), superfine sugar, 1 cup vodka, 1 ounce fresh lemon juice, 1 ounce simple syrup, 1 ounce Triple Sec, and your favorite frozen berries.
Prepare by rubbing the rims of four martini glasses with the cut lemon and then coating them with sugar. Chill the glasses and when it comes time to serve the beverages, add all of the remaining ingredients to a martini shaker with some ice and give it a good shake for 10 seconds or so.
Strain into the glasses and add your frozen berries. Add some soda if you’d like it a bit bubbly.

Ingredients: ¼ cup of sliced almonds or almond butter, 4 tablespoons of honey, 2 tablespoons of matcha green tea powder, and ½ cup vanilla yogurt.
If using sliced almonds, combine those with the honey in a blender until smooth first (otherwise just add the almond butter to the other ingredients at the same time). Then add the matcha green tea and yogurt along with 1 cup of ice and blend until smooth.
If you need more liquid, try adding some soy or dairy milk. Garnish with chokecherries or another fruit of your choice. Great for health nuts, this one will delight your palate and nourish your body at the same time!
