The southern-fried chicken is surely a meal with tradition and history. Therefore, here is one recipe that anyone should prepare. It is easy and doesn’t take long time.
The ingredients you need are: 1 cup salt, ¼ cup black pepper, ¼ garlic powder, 4 eggs, 1/3 cup water, 1 cup hot red pepper sauce, 3 cups flour, 1 teaspoon pepper, house seasoning, 2 ½ pounds chicken, cut into pieces and oil for frying.
Beat the eggs with the water and add the hot sauce. In a different bowl, combine pepper and flour.
Meanwhile season the chicken pieces with the House Seasoning. Dip the chicken in the beaten eggs and coat in the flour and the pepper. Heat the oil, but make sure it is a deep pot. Fry the chicken for 14 minutes until crisp and brown.
