The Banana bread is an absolute classic, when it comes to breakfast.  It is a traditional supplement to any breakfast, so here is a recipe that you may want to try out.

The Banana, Pineapple and Walnut Cake are a recipe that has richer taste compared to the simple banana bread and it doesn’t take too much time to prepare.

The ingredients you need are: 1 ¼ cups Equal Baking, 90g melted canola spread, 2 eggs, 1 mashed banana, 225g can pineapple pieces in natural juice, ½ chopped walnuts, 2 cups flour and 1 cup low-fat milk.

The preparation will take 40 minutes, but the serving is for 16 people. The first thing you need to do is to preheat the oven to 190°C. Take a medium-form tin and grease it.

Set aside and combine together the Equal, canola spread and eggs. Mix them in a large bowl until the mixture is smooth, and then stir in the banana, the pineapple and the walnuts.

Make sure you stir them well, in order to get smooth mixture. Then add half of the flour and half of the milk. Spread the rest of the milk and the flour into the tin. Bake the mixture for 40 minutes and serve cool.
