The vinaigrette dressing is easy to prepare. Crush the garlic and the salt, whisk them well and add the mustard.
Pour the mixture with vinegars and oil and season with black pepper. Slice the goat cheese accordingly and season with pepper.
Place them on the baking tray and grill for 5-7 minutes. Add the lettuce leaves on each plate, place the goat cheese and add the onions. Drizzle vinaigrette dressing and you are ready to serve the meal.
In case this recipe doesn’t sound so delicious to you, here is another one that will surely impress your guests.
The crispy fried goat cheese recipe is even easier to prepare. The ingredients you need are 16 oz. goat cheese log, 1 cup panko breadcrumbs, 2 tsp. dried parsley, 1 tsp. dried thyme, 1/2 tsp. ground white pepper, 2 eggs – beaten, flour, olive oil and kosher salt.
The first step is to slice the cheese and set it aside. In a large bowl combine together the parsley, thyme, granulated garlic, ground white pepper, and kosher salt. Add the panko breadcrumbs and mix it well, then set aside.
Sip the flour in another bowl and place it near the bowl with the beaten eggs. Place the olive oil in a large frying pan and preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Take a piece of goat cheese and put it in the flour.
Flip it carefully to coat on both sides and drop it into the beaten eggs. Remove it and put the piece in the panko breadcrump’s mixture. Then simply place it in the pan and fry it for no longer than 10 minutes. Serve cool and make sure the cheese isn’t melted.
