The interesting thing about shrimp is that it is healthy and very tasteful, but there are a lot of people who think that the dishes are difficult to prepare and so they prefer not to prepare them at home. Here are some recipes that are easy to create at home as well.

Garlic shrimp recipe

For this recipe you will need 36 large shrimps, 18 sweet tomatoes, 3 minced garlic cloves, ¾ teaspoon ground pepper, ¾ teaspoon salt, white vinegar, olive oil, 12 minced garlic cloves, ¼ cup of butter, lime juice, 3 cups of prepared white rice, 3 lime wedges and 6 springs of parsley.

Shrimp DishesIn order to prepare the dish start with preparing the shrimps. Then cut the tomatoes in half and mix the 3 cloves of garlic with pepper, salt and vinegar.

Once the mixture is done add the shrimps and the tomatoes to it. All this has to be marinated for about 30 minutes. Don’t forget to stir from time to time.

Put the butter and the oil in a skillet and heat it over medium heat. Add the garlic that is left and leave it on the heat until the mixture gets a golden brown color.

Once it is done, add the shrimp and the tomatoes without draining them. Cook the entire mixture a bit. In the end add the lime juice and remove the mixture from the heat. To have three servings, add one cup of rice.

Each serving should have one cup of shrimp. For decorating the dishes add some parsley and lime wedges.

Fried shrimp

In case you would like to prepare this dish, make sure you have one cup of all purpose flour, one large beaten egg, half a teaspoon of sugar, ½ teaspoon of sugar, a cup of ice water, two teaspoons of vegetable oil, some salt, onion powder, pepper, red pepper and garlic powder, ¼ teaspoon of Tabasco, 2 lbs. of large shrimp and some vegetable oil to fry the shrimps.

Add to a bowl the flour, egg, sugar, ice water, vegetable oil, cayenne, salt and sauce. Cover the mixture and let it chill for half an hour. Pat the shrimps dry with a paper towel. Then heat the vegetable oil and fry the shrimp in it. You should add batches of shrimp and leave them fry until they get a golden color. Then drain them of oil on paper towels.
