Chiles en nogada

It is commonly known as the patriotic dish because of its colors (same as that of the Mexican flag). Poblano chillies are filled with a mixture of meat, fruits and spices and they are served with a walnut-based cream sauce and pomegranate seeds.

Torta Cubana

To satiate your big appetite of meat craving you must try Torta Cubana. All kinds of meat and cheese along with beans, avocados, onions and mayo on a soft warm bread can beat almost anything.


Simply put, it is corn on a cob. But the addition salt, lime, chilli powder, butter, mayonnaise, cheese and sour cream make it worth a shot.


This soup was used in ritual sacrifices during the pre-Hispanic days. Now they are made with chicken, pork and vegetables and are flavored with herbs and spices. After being cooked overnight, it is served with lettuce, radish, onion, lime and chilli.

Enchiladas Verdes

These are actually green enchiladas (corn tortillas) stuffed with shredded chicken and covered in green salsa topped with cream white cheese.

Tacos Arabes

These tacos have heavily seasoned meat that have Middle Eastern flavors.


Try it for breakfast and enjoy the lightly fried corn tortillas cut into quarters and topped with salsa. Add eggs and pulled chicken with cheese and cream for extra flavor.
