Easy to make Fruit Salads
Mixed Fruit Salad
This is the easiest and the most traditional. All you need to do is cut all the fruits you want to have into small cubes and put them in a colander. Add ‘fruit chaat’ spices and give them a good toss. You can also squeeze some fresh lime juice, a pinch of salt, some black pepper, some honey and some slit green chili.
Ginger and Lemon Fruit Salad
Cube some apples (red and green), pineapple, kiwi, green mango, pear and black grapes and place them in a salad bowl. Mix some honey, grated ginger and fresh lime juice separately and add it to the fruits and toss well. Serve chilled.
Basically it tastes all fruits and looks like martini because it is served in martini glasses. Slice some bananas and strawberries, cube some cantaloupe, halve some grapes, peel some oranges, and mix all these with some lemon juice and powdered sugar. Prepare some martini glasses and pour the fruits in it. Serve with a mint sprig.
Melon and Mozzarella Salad
Mix mozzarella cheese balls, fresh basil and peaches with some lemon-poppy seed dressing. Create layers of watermelon, peach mixture, honeydew, berries, and grapes in a deep salad bowl and serve.
Salad with Yoghurt
Cut fruits of your choice and chill. Whip yoghurt and place it at the bottom of serving glasses. Pour the fruits over it and add some honey and mint. You can substitute the yoghurt with vanilla ice cream or heavy whipped cream that is sweetened.
