Directions: In a medium sized bowl, whisk feta cheese, lemon juice, pepper and garlic until combined properly

To the combination add broccoli crowns, chickpeas and bell pepper. Toss to get a coating of the dressing onto the veggies and eat it at room temperature or when chilled.

Citrus Berry Smoothie

Directions: Just place the berries, yogurt, dry milk, wheat germ, orange juice, honey and vanilla into a blender. Blend the whole mixture until it becomes smooth. The smoothie is ready- easy right!

BBQ Chicken Sandwich

Ingredients: ½ cup cooked, shredded chicken; 2 tablespoons barbeque sauce, 2 teaspoon light ranch dressing, 1 small whole wheat sandwich bun, ¼ cup shredded carrots, and 1 leaf lettuce.

Directions: Mix the shredded chicken, carrots (add any other vegetables as you wish) and the BBQ sauce in a bowl/ pan.

On the bun, spread the ranch dressing and then spread over it the chicken, veggies mixture. Close the bun and a delicious sandwich is ready for you.
