Ingredients : A finely chopped yellow onion, a head of a cauliflower ( 4 cups of florets), broccoli ( 3 cups of florets), teaspoon extra-virgin olive oil, unsweetened almond milk (3 cups) , freshly ground pepper to taste , 1 teaspoon sea salt, 1 tablespoon onion powder
- Add oil and onion to your cooking vessel.
- Add salt and sauté for at least 5 minutes. A few tablespoons of water can be added to prevent scorching.
- Simmer the cauliflower in milk for 10 mins until soft.
- Then add the broccoli to the mixture.
- Pour mixture into the jug of your high-powered food processor. Puree until smooth.
- Return to pot. Add onion powder and broccoli. Then cover and cook for another 10 minutes, until thickened.
- Serve piping hot.

Ingredients: 2 cups spinach leaves, ,1/2 cup English cucumber, 1 avocado 1 green onion,11/4 cup gluten-free vegetable broth,1/2 cup red bell pepper,1 clove garlic, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, pinch chilli powder (optional), 1 tablespoon of soya sauce and freshly ground pepper to taste.
Put all the above mentioned ingredients in a blender and grind into a paste.
Vegan and Grain-Free Cream of Mushroom
Ingredients: 2 cups cauliflower florets, 1 1/2 cups diced white mushrooms, 1/4 teaspoon Himalayan rock salt, 1 2/3 cup,1 teaspoon onion powder, ,Freshly ground pepper, to taste, unsweetened original almond milk, 1/2 teaspoon extra-virgin olive oil, 1/2 yellow onion shredded.
- Simmer cauliflower with salt, pepper, milk and onion powder. Later make a smooth paste of all the ingredients using a blender.
- Brown onion and mushroom and add the above made paste to it and simmer for about 8 minutes or till thick texture is seen.
