1. Nutri Grain Apple Muffins
Start by pouring 1 ¼ cup of milk and keep adding nutrigrain cereals as desired and stir it for a while before keeping it aside. Take a wax paper and start combining 1 tsp soda, 1 tbsp baking powder, 1.5 tsp nutmeg, ½ tsp salt, 2 tsp cinnamon, 1 ¼ cup flour, 1/3 cup brown sugar, 3 packs of Sweet ‘n low. Add the nutrigrain cereal mixture in a new bowl with 1 egg, 3 tsp oil and ½ chopped apple. Add the flour mixture to this new bowl as well. Divide the batter evenly into greased muffin cups and bake them at 400 degrees for atleast 20 minutes until they turn golden brown.
2. Nutri Grain Chocolate Chip Cookies
Start by mixing 1-cup soft butter and 1-cup brown sugar along with ¾ cup white sugar until they turn creamy. Add 1tbsp milk, 1 ½ tsp vanilla along with 2 beated eggs followed by nutria grain cereal & uncooked oatmeal. In a new bowl add 2 cups of floor, 1 ¼ baking soda, 1 tsp salt, 2 tsp cinnamon, ¼ tsp nutmeg. Add the batter in a large bowl followed by 2 cups of semi sweet chocolate chips, and 1 cup chopped walnuts. Make the cookies on a greased cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. The batter can make 4 to 5 dozen of cookies.
3. Nutri Grain Sugar free Apple Cake
Mix 1 ¼ cup of flour with 1 tbsp baking powder in a bowl. In another bowl mix 2 2/3 cups of Nutrigrain sugar free flaked cereal with 1 cup milk. Add 1’4 cup oil with 1 egg along with ½ cup raisins (optional). Let everything sit for a while and start cutting 2-3 apples in slices or cubes. Along with 33/4 cup of sugar free applesauce mix cinnamon as desired. Mix both the batters together and spread in a thin layer. Above it add the apple mixture and then layer the remaining cake mixture over it. Sprinkle cinnamon over it and bake at 350 degrees.
4. Nutri Grain Almond Granola
Pre heat the oven to 300 degrees. In a large bowl add ½ cup oats, 4 cup nutria grain wheat flakes, 1 cup almonds, ½ cup wheat germ along with 1 tsp of cinnamon. Heat ¾ cup honey and ½ cup of puritan oil until the bubbles appear. Pour this mixture over the oats mixture and stir. Spread the mixture on a flat pan and bake for 40 to 50 minutes until they turn golden.
5. Nutri Grain Cereal Muffin
Mix 1 ¼ cup of all purpose flour with 1 tbsp baking powder, ¼ tsp salt, ½ tsp cinnamon, and 2 tbsp sugar. In a new bowl add nutria grain cereal (2 cups) with 1 ¼ cup of milk. Combine the mixtures and divide in the greased muffin cups. Bake for 20 minutes at 400 degrees until golden brown.
6. Strawberry Nutri Grain Bar
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. In a bowl, mix 1 cup flour, ¾ cup oats, ¼ tsp cinnamon, and ¼ tsp salt. Add two egg yolks, 2 tbsp plain Greek yogurt and 2 tsp vanilla. Combine by add 1 tbsp of cold water at a time until the dough forms a ball. On a flat greased pan, layer the mixture evenly, divide it into parts, top with a tbsp of jam, and roll the portions. Brush them with buttermilk and seal the seams with your fingers. Freeze them for 10 -15 minutes before baking them for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
